How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Josetips Heating & Air to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page explains how to raise a concern and what to expect afterward. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience when you phoned or contacted Josetips Heating & Air
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, pricing, equipment, warranties, work and customer service. If you have a problem with work done in your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who often fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Please keep in mind that Josetips Heating & Air cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@josetips.lat and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include getting in touch with the provider. After that, we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Not Happy?

If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can answer that email and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about an HVAC contractor, your state's contractor or mechanical licensing board may be able to help too.
